Why PlexConnect?

The PlexConnect proprietary cloud-based POS system makes the MESH load pack available at thousands of both in-person and online locations across the country. Our direct integration with MESH’s registered customer database ensures Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance so that verified customers can purchase a one-time (per occurrence) load pack license, which is reloadable anytime for new purchases. Our API and plugins provides a fast and easy integration with your shopping cart or existing retail POS.​

PlexConnect is the Merchant of record selling and servicing the load-pack license for consumers on a per-occurrence basis at a rate around 2.50% which is much lower than the current Cash Discount and Surcharge rates ranging from 3.50% to 4.00% on a purchase. Our service for the consumer is instantaneous and completes once funds are accepted by a MESH participating Merchant which is typically within a few seconds, while consumer fraud and chargeback risk is nearly eliminated. ​

As an additional layer of security, Two-Factor Authentication helps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and prevents fraudulent charges costing both the customer and merchant significant time and money.

All of your transactions are 3D Secure authenticated. 3DS, also known as payer authentication, forces your bank to authenticate the card holder’s identify before any transaction can be processed.

Pricing

In order to access the MESH platform, PlexConnect charges 2.5% and $0.50 License Fee per occurrence. In addition, new customers will be charged a $1.25 Identity Verification and Account Creation Fee.
